How our shipping works (quick version)
Every Texas Rigged item is made to order just for you. Once you place an order, it goes into production, then ships straight to your door.
This helps us reduce waste and keep quality high, but it also means shipping takes a little longer than big-box retailers.
Production time
- 2–7 business days to print and prepare your order
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
Once production is complete, your order ships automatically.
Shipping time
After production, shipping typically takes:
- Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3–5 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- your location
- order size and weight
Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for:
- orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Delays & carrier issues
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can happen.
Texas Rigged is not responsible for:
- carrier delays once an order has shipped
- packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received
If you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos (if damaged)
We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
