Intellectual Property (IP) Infringement Policy

Texas Rigged Tees Designs

At Texas Rigged Tees Designs, we take pride in creating original, high-quality designs inspired by outdoor culture, fishing, and Texas heritage. Protecting intellectual property—both ours and others’—is a responsibility we take seriously.

Our Commitment

All designs, graphics, logos, and content produced by Texas Rigged Tees Designs are either original works, properly licensed, or legally purchased with full rights for commercial use. We do not knowingly create, sell, or distribute designs that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of individuals, brands, or organizations.

Licensed & Purchased Designs

In some cases, Texas Rigged Tees Designs acquires artwork, graphics, or design elements from third-party creators or marketplaces. In these instances, we ensure that:

  • The designs are purchased or licensed with clear rights for commercial use
  • Usage complies with the terms set by the original creator or licensing agreement
  • Any required modifications, attributions, or restrictions are fully honored

Respect for Others’ Intellectual Property

We respect the creative rights of others. If you believe that any design offered by Texas Rigged Tees Designs infringes upon your intellectual property rights, we encourage you to notify us so we can promptly investigate and address the issue.

Reporting an Infringement

If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act on behalf of one), please provide the following information when submitting a claim:

  • A description of the intellectual property you believe has been infringed
  • Identification of the specific design or product in question (include URLs or screenshots if possible)
  • Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid claim, we will:

  • Review the complaint promptly
  • Temporarily remove or disable access to the disputed design if necessary
  • Contact the submitting party if additional information is required
  • Take appropriate action, which may include permanent removal of the content

False Claims

Submitting false or misleading infringement claims may result in legal consequences. We encourage all parties to ensure claims are accurate and made in good faith.

Policy Updates

Texas Rigged Tees Designs reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.
