Returns & Refunds Policy

The short version

Most of our items are made to order as soon as you place your order. That helps us reduce waste and keep fresh inventory, but it also means we can’t accept returns for “changed my mind,” wrong size, or ordering mistakes.

If we messed up, or your item arrived damaged or misprinted, we’ll make it right. Fast.

There are no refunds on digital downloads.

Eligible issues (we’ll fix these)

We will replace or refund your item if it arrives with:

  • Printing defects (misprint, faded print, crooked print beyond normal tolerance)
  • Damaged items (rips, holes, stains, crushed packaging that damages the product)
  • Wrong item received (design, color, or product not matching your order)

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. your order number
  2. a clear photo of the issue (and packaging if damaged)

Not eligible for returns (common POD realities)

Because each item is made to order, we generally can’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Changed mind / no longer want it
  • Shipping delays once the order has shipped
  • Normal variation (minor color differences due to screens, slight print placement differences)

Tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up. (Add your sizing guidance here if you have a chart.)

Exchanges

We don’t offer traditional exchanges because we don’t restock returned made-to-order items.
If you need a different size, the fastest solution is to place a new order. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you pick the right fit.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we’ll either:

  • send a free replacement, or
  • issue a refund to your original payment method

Refund timing depends on your payment provider, but most banks process refunds within a few business days.

Lost packages / delivery problems

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please:

  • check with neighbors/leasing office, and
  • contact the carrier first

If it still can’t be found, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot next steps.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before production begins.
If you need to cancel, email us ASAP with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
