Every Texas Rigged item is made to order just for you. Once you place an order, it goes into production, then ships straight to your door.

All of our apparel items have a size chart in the description section with measurements. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Our graphic tees come in two style: Bella 3001 (Fitted) and Gildan 64000 (Relaxed). Each style has a corresponding size chart.

Bella+Canvas 3001 — Fitted

A more tailored silhouette with a closer fit through the body and sleeves. It has a clean, modern look that feels polished without being restrictive.

Gildan 64000 — Relaxed

A comfortable, easy-wearing fit with a slightly more relaxed shape. It offers a smooth, balanced silhouette that works well for everyday wear.

Apparel with SPF Treatment—can provide sun protection for a long time, but it does not necessarily last forever.

A SPF 50 shirt, for example, blocks about 98% of UV radiation. The protection generally lasts through many washes, but it can gradually decrease as the fabric becomes worn, stretched, faded, or damaged. Chlorine, heavy use, and repeated washing may also reduce protection. For treated fabrics, follow the manufacturer’s care and replacement guidance.

Most importantly, sun-protective shirts should always be used together with broad-spectrum sunblock on any exposed skin, such as the face, neck, ears, hands, and areas not fully covered by the clothing. Clothing can shift, stretch, or leave gaps, so combining protective apparel with sunscreen gives more complete sun protection.
